The EFJ has provided grant funding to three local civil society organizations (also EFJ grantees) to attend the COP15 United Nations Climate Change Conference to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, December 7-18.
The National Environment Education Committee, Mocho Community Development Committee and Construction Resource Development Council (a woman based construction NGO) are working on the ground with communities and will therefore not only have significant contributions to make to the forums, but will be charged with the transfer of knowledge to their communities and other civil society groups upon their return.
