Criteria for Proposals

  • Themes identified in Areas of Funding
  • Clear statement of problems and how they will be addressed
  • Ability to replicate the results in other areas
  • Proven ability to undertake the activities

    • Decisions are taken at three levels

    • Requests up to US $ 15,000.00 take approximately 10 – 14 working days for decision by the Secretariat
    • Requests up to US $ 100,000.00 take approximately 45 working days for decision by the Projects Committee
    • Requests above US $ 100,000.00 take approximately working 128 days for decision by the signatory Governments on recommendation of the Board of Directors.
