The Proactive Strategy
In taking the initiative, the EFJ has provided the start-up capital to develop a number of Special Projects.

Special Projects are those which have significant National importance to the environment and child development. Such projects are dependent on the participation of stakeholders from the NGO, State and Private Sectors, and require large capital investments.

The themes of projects chosen reflect areas of most critical and urgent need.
