Associates and Staff
We will provide a supportive and safe environment to enable our people to contribute in a collaborative manner to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Partners and Grantees
We will provide assistance to those organizations needing help in preparing proposals for projects and will judge them as quickly as possible based on objective criteria. We will ensure that all approved projects have project managers with clear accountabilities and that projects are strictly managed. We will be approachable and accessible when needed to provide guidance to grantees and partners in the conduct of projects or program implementation.

Sponsoring Governments
We will adhere to the letter and spirit of the governing Agreement recognizing our responsibilities to the partnership and paying due respect to particular interests of the partners.
